Programmer 2 / Sr. Programmer Confirmit Positions -1

  • Educational Qualification
    • M .tech /BE / BTech / MSc. /BSc. /Mca/ Bca.
  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in survey programming(Confirmit).
    • Hands on experience in Confirm it Scripting with detailed knowledge across conjoints / quotas / reporting etc.
    • Align client and development teams around common measurable deliverables.
    • Need to have great data understanding and analytical bent.
    • Needs to be hand on so he/she can participate in discussions with clients and team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions.
    • Act as a thought partner to the stakeholder and contribute as an expert.
    • Communicate (phone/email) with clients for iterative survey development.
    • Ensure accuracy and acceptability of final product.
    • Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript front-end code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects.
  • Working Hours
    • Shifts rotations to be observed. Shift continues for 2 weeks at a stretch.

  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Minimum 3-5 Years in MR/KPO /Business Intelligence/Business Consulting.
    • Identify the Regions, Industries and the prospective client.
    • Customize the collateral as per needs.
    • Work on the market share region wise industry wise and service wise.
    • Reach out to the prospective clients for a business meeting or discussion.

    • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on client satisfaction.
    • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards by talking regularly with the client.
    • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

    • Candidates possessing strong technical skills in asp.net, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Framework.
    • Minimum experience of 3-6 Years
