Rupa is the founder and Chief Managing Director of E2E. E2E is one of the leading outsourcing companies for research services, data analytics and technology driven solutions for research in India. Having been in the Research industry for more than two decades, Rupa has spent over 11 years in the global market and since then has been working with clients across the world. Her experience spans across Business management, research services, creating strategies and driving technology solutions. In a very short span of time E2E is now about 120 people company and she takes pride in taking the organisation to the new level. On the occasion of re-branding E2E and launching services like Business Intelligence and Data Analytics she said “It gives me immense pleasure to see the good work being appreciated. Yogesh is the co-founder and Chief Operations Director for E2E. He is an enthusiastic and vibrant professional with more than 12 years of experience in global market research. His key role involves implementing/driving strategies based on the client requirements to provide highest levels of the satisfaction by aiming zero defect projects and timely deliveries. His focus is to improve day to day deliveries identifying out of the box technology support and solutions.

His continuous interaction with operation team and clients helps to identify the level of improvement across all areas. He emphasises more on work and services provided to the client and ensures standardising the protocols at both ends.

Yogesh holds a degree in Bachelors of Technology from IP University, Delhi.

Arne Kiel has more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of finance, marketing and technology. He has worked in the financial industry, management consulting and the last 15 years in various functions at Microsoft in Redmond, WA. He holds an MSc in Econometrics from the University of Oslo.

Paul has been working in and around tech and service business spanning the time from when computers worked off ticker tape and mobiles were the size of a small bag. He has worked in and helped companies that have created some of the new technologies and services that have shaped the way we live. He now works with business who are looking to grow.
